Silby Video Productions has vast experience in filming sporting events, with a focus on capturing the "behind the scenes " story.

Services: Mental Fitness Tapes
We offer two products here:
First, new technology has advanced to the degree where we can take an individual element performed by an individual athlete and compare them in a side by side or overlay mode to either themself (two separate performances) or to another athlete, usually one that has reached the top of their game. Our emphasis is on mental fitness, not coaching. Therefore, we work at the coach's direction, and design a tape displaying the athletic maneuver accompanied by inspiring music selected by the athlete. In indicated cases, key words designed to elicit a positive attitude and psychologically reinforce a successfully performed element can be added
This new technology can also be applied to some segments of the arts such as musicians, dancers, and other art forms.
Second, is a highlight video of the athlete's or team's best performances for purposes of positive visual and mental reinforcement. In addition, we can create a video of a person's events or life over a period of time, such as one year. Photos, film video, news media or any other documentation the individual or team would supply would be edited into a video movie detailing the year's events.
The noted sports psychologist, Dr. Caroline Silby, author of Games Girls Play, a past international figure skating competitor, is the principle architect of this program. The sport psychologist works with the athlete upon referral by the coach, and a mental fitness videotape is created when it is felt to be helpful.
